At One Third, we believe that great sleep shouldn’t come with extra costs or delivery headaches. That’s why we are proud to offer fast, reliable, and completely free delivery on every single order, handled entirely by our own dedicated delivery team.

Please review our shipping policy below to know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

1. Delivery Cost & Timeframes
We keep things simple and transparent: Delivery is 100% FREE on all orders. * Shipping Method: Dedicated One Third Delivery Team

Estimated Delivery Time: 5 - 7 Working Days

Please note that "working days" include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

2. Premium, Unrolled Delivery
Unlike many other online mattress brands, our mattresses are NOT rolled or vacuum-packed.

We believe in preserving the structural integrity, edge support, and premium materials of our mattresses. Your One Third mattress will arrive in its natural, full-sized state, meaning it is ready to be slept on the very same night without waiting for it to expand or air out.

3. How We Arrange Your Delivery
Because we use our own specialized delivery fleet, we have full control over the care of your mattress from our warehouse to your front door.

Here is how our delivery process works:

Order Processing: Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing your mattress.

Arranging Your Delivery: Within the 5-7 working day timeframe, our delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery day that works for you.

Day-Before Notice: We know your time is valuable. Our team will contact you the day before your scheduled delivery to provide an estimated arrival window so you can plan your day.

Order Tracking: You will be provided with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery's progress.

4. Delivery Day Expectations
Because your mattress will arrive fully expanded, please ensure the pathway to your desired room is clear and accessible.

As we coordinate the delivery date and time window with you in advance, we kindly ask that someone is present at the property to accept the delivery.

If your circumstances change and you need to reschedule, please let our team know as soon as possible prior to your delivery day.

5. Damaged or Delayed Orders
Because your mattress is delivered by our own One Third delivery professionals, damage in transit is incredibly rare. However, if you notice any issues upon arrival, you can point them out to our delivery team immediately.

If you have any concerns after the team has left, or if it has been more than 7 working days and you haven't been contacted to arrange delivery, please reach out to us right away.
